1. The service
QIXERA is a web-based business operations CRM for managing information such as customers, leads, products and services, quotations, invoices, payments, expenses, documents, follow-ups and related business records. Features may change as the service is improved.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account and company information, keep login credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your organization’s authorized accounts.
3. Lawful use
QIXERA may be used only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the service to send unlawful or unsolicited communications, infringe third-party rights, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the platform or other users.
4. Your business data
You retain responsibility for the customer, commercial, financial and operational information entered into your workspace. You must have the rights and permissions required to collect, store, process and communicate that information.
5. Email and integrations
If you connect your own SMTP mailbox or another third-party service, you remain responsible for that account, its provider rules and the messages or data sent through it. Third-party services may have separate terms and availability.
6. Trial and subscriptions
QIXERA currently offers a 30-day free trial followed by paid monthly plans. Plan prices, included limits and features are published on the Pricing page. A paid plan renews automatically each month until cancelled.
7. Billing and taxes
Charges are shown before checkout. Where Paddle is identified as the payment provider or merchant of record, Paddle may process the transaction, applicable taxes, invoices, renewals and refunds. You authorize recurring charges for the selected subscription until cancellation.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel to stop future renewals. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, paid access continues to the end of the purchased billing period. Refund eligibility is governed by the published QIXERA Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep QIXERA available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, infrastructure incidents, security measures or product changes can temporarily affect access. Material subscription changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
10. Intellectual property
QIXERA, its software, interface, branding and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited right to use the service during authorized access; they do not transfer ownership of QIXERA technology or branding.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for non-payment, serious misuse, security risk, unlawful activity or material breach of these terms. Where practical, reasonable notice or an opportunity to correct the issue may be provided.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QIXERA is provided on an as-available basis and is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal or tax advice. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected; otherwise liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
13. Privacy
Use of personal information in connection with the public website and CRM is described in the QIXERA Privacy Policy. Business customers are responsible for giving their own customers and staff any notices required for data they place in QIXERA.
14. Updates and contact
These terms may be updated when the product, billing model or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are published. Questions can be submitted through the contact page on qixera.com.
