These operating terms are a product-ready starting point. Before paid subscriptions are enabled, they should be reviewed for the company that will legally operate QIXFlow and the jurisdictions it serves.
Customer data
Each company is responsible for the customer, invoice, order and communication data it enters into its workspace.
Email sending
When a company connects its own SMTP account, it remains responsible for that mailbox, provider rules and the messages sent through it.
Availability
QIXFlow may be updated, maintained or temporarily unavailable as infrastructure and product features evolve.
Free access
While Free Access Mode is active, subscription information may be shown for planning but billing enforcement is not enabled.
Future paid services
Pricing, plan limits, renewals and cancellation terms should be formally published before automated billing is activated.
